These stainless steel scrapers are available in either durable 316L or flexible 420 stainless.  316L stainless steel gives you the chemical resistance whilst the 420ss version is more flexible. They are all crevice free and are suitable for use in sanitary environments.

Note: Stainless steel grade 420 is a surgical grade stainless steel frequently used for making surgical instruments and needles. 420 grade stainless steel is harder than 316L stainless steel and so is more able to bend and then spring back.
