Our meat and cheese sampler takes a 25mm round slug sample in line with DIN EN ISO 17604:2015-12. It is ideal for taking samples of various meats like beef, chicken and lamb. It is also ideal for cheeses.

The all stainless steel design means it is easy to use and clean. The highly polished finish gives excellent cleaning characteristics.

After sampling the meat can be removed using tweezers or pick.

EASY TO USE

Push the sampler hard into the material, twist and remove. The sharp edge will cut the sample. Some meats may require the sampler to be pushed on to a hard surface to take a sample. A hole in the top of the sampling area prevents compression of the air so the sampler works efficiently.
